I've used dodo for a couple of years, it worked good for me, BUT, I just
used them for access, did NOT use any of their servers/services

when I put a user on their service who used their smtp, it turned to be a
disaster: mail from dodo to telstra was often delayed for several days,
headers indicated delays on dodo server, was impossible to contact anyone,
etc, etc, etc
the user actually referred it to tio or someone, and, got the contract
cancelled/voided or whatever, and, transferred access to another isp

but, for me who just used it for access, and, never needed anything from
dodo (apart from sync signal and availability) it worked quite well
