I wonder if anyone here is interested in attending the Pearcey
Innovation in ICT discussion:

This event is a follow-up to Terry Cutler's green paper on innovation
in Australia http://www.innovation.gov.au/innovationreview/Pages/home.aspx
and might be of interest to some here.
In attendance will be Australian venture capitalists, corporations and
companies, journalists, industry associations, government research
bodies, and government departments.
The event is pricey, but worth it if you want to make an impact in the
way innovation is handled in Australia - all the right people will be
there to talk to.
