Mark, I don't think these devices do anything more than discover and
possibly establish a "pair" session, perhaps using "passkeys" of four
digits, apparently typically "0000" or "1234". Unfortunately Trutest
have not put anything in their data recorder to set passkeys.
I know very little about Bluetooth as implemented on such devices, I
can't find any HOWTO that focuses on these nor can I find a BlueZ HOWTO
that might have a section on using a PC as a third party to set up a
pair of these devices.
