[SLUG] Enabling XTestExtensions

Hi all,

I'm trying to enable the XTestExtension to the standard Xorg
server in Ubuntu Dapper. It currently isn't enabled because
when I run the xdpyinfo command, in the extentions section I
get:

    number of extensions:    32
        ATIFGLEXTENSION
        ATIFGLRXDRI
        ....
        XTEST
        XVideo

Anyone know how to do this? I think it should just be a 
configuration option somewhere but I'm willing to recompile
X if I need to.
