Hi.
I've got experience with Redhat and Fedora.
I want to install bind on a debian server.
when I type the following command:
'apt-get install bind9 bind9-doc dnsutils'
I'm told that 3 packages will be upgraded and several others installed.

Reading Package Lists... Done

The following extra packages will be installed:
libdns16 libisc7 libisccc0 libisccfg0 libssl0.9.7
The following NEW packages will be installed:
bind9 bind9-doc libdns16 libisc7 libssl0.9.7
3 packages upgraded, 5 newly installed, 0 to remove and 261 not upgraded.
Need to get 433kB/3555kB of archives. After unpacking 7799kB will be used.
Do you want to continue? [Y/n]

Can I go ahead with this without causing dependency problems for other packages?
IOW. If I say yes, will any other packages on the server refuse to run?
Thanks for your help.
Kind regards.
Luke.
