[SLUG] How do I enable structured comments in dvips

Hi all

This is a LaTeXy question. When I view Postscrips docs in Ghostview lately the page numbers are 
missing. Googling has revealed this: 

" The problem is that the document does not have the document
 structuring comments.  Without them, ghostview cannot tell where
 pages start and end. "

Apparently now by default dvips uses -N by default which removes structured comments
i.e. the things like %%PAGE
But a man or an info of dvips does not tell me how to turn then ON !!

Does anyone know ?
