You may want to use sftp instead. All you need is a working sshd
installation. It uses the same port 22 as ssh and pscp.
But to answer your question, my guess is no. FTP over SSL (or ftps) uses
a different port, 989 and 990. Using "ftp://..." without explicitly
telling the browser to use a specific port assumes you want to use
20-21. I'm not so sure as to whether current browsers know what ftps://
is. Never tried this before.
