[SLUG] yum/gpg keys

I am attempting to update kernel with yum, get this:

yum update
.....
Dependencies resolved
I will do the following:
[install: kernel.i686]
Is this ok [y/N]: y
Getting kernel-2.4.20-43.7.legacy.i686.rpm
Error: GPG Signature check failed for
/var/cache/yum/updates/packages/kernel-2.4
.20-43.7.legacy.i686.rpm
You may want to run yum clean or remove the file:
 /var/cache/yum/updates/packages/kernel-2.4.20-43.7.legacy.i686.rpm
You may also want to check to make sure you have the right gpg keys

I've tried 'yum clean', then, re-run 'yum update', same mssg

how/where do I assess my gpg keys for yum ?
