Think "the first 2 alerts go to ops, the 3rd
and subsequents alerts go to both ops and mobiles".
I looked at
http://nagios.sourceforge.net/docs/1_0/escalations.html
for my info.
While your example looks like it might work
(with "overlapping ranges") or something like
that, give my numbers a try because that
seems to be the more logical way of doing it.
