[SLUG] Squid Purge cache question

Sluggers,

I've got a url www.mozilla.org which seems to be stale in my squid cache. I'm trying to 
purge it from the cache using

  squidclient -m PURGE http://www.mozilla.org

but I get "access denied". Been looking through the squid.conf file but cannot see which 
tag/access rule I need to change. Am I on the right track?

Squid 2.5 stable3
