Antoher reason not to use WEP is that it's broken in the firmware of
many cards. I used to run with WEP, but after any amount of heavy
traffic the card hung, and I'd have to do a
cardctl reset
to get it going again. Without WEP it works mostly fine (it's a
Netgear M401)
