Either way is fine. You'll get the same result from either.

The only problem I can think of with deselecting it from the install is
that its dependencies might not be installed - and if any of these are
dependencies of Apache 1.3 then you'll need to install them anyway
before you install Apache 1.3.

But this will mean a few extra minutes at most. Do whatever seems
easiest.
