It is sometime REALLY strange what answers one gets!
I wish people would/could *JUST* answer the question.
I do not want to bother my users with ssh keys or neither
the level of sophistication SSH brings against FTP.
*I* can use ssh, and thats what *I* use, not not my *users*.
I want to give people anonymous FTP access to one of
our bastion hosts to upload files which should have
automatically file permission set in a way that
they cannot be downloaded.
