I prefer people to include a one paragrpah description or possibly a
short and clearly marked excerpt from the article linked to. There's no
golden rule though.

The above URL is the result of a  Google Search though and can be read
at "you search Google for the terms 'port 445' and your answer will be
there" which is a special case.
