Hi Mike,

I have been using iinet for about 6 months now and find their service to be
quite good. At my office we are also using iinet. We have had one major
outage there ( Telstra problem) and they provided a dial up to cover the
outage period without charge. From the dealings I have had with their Tech
support they were very responsive and helpfull.

I have had about 3 or 4 one hour outages that I'm aware of at home in the 6
month period.
