You kick them in the head utilising the techniques of your
favourite martial arts discipline and while they are 
unconscious log them out with maximum prejudice. This can involve
semi automatic weapons if you feel it is necessary. Then you call
security and ask them why they let Mr X into your building. Being
as (AFAIK) you can only connect to tty2 if you're actually sitting
at the machine in question.
