Has anyone got a reply from Next Publications yet? And does anyone know if they'll be sending a replacement CD in return for the faulty one?

If you do a google search in aus.computers.linux I think it is, you'll find a
thread.. I believe they even have a work around, but it means you won't get
some development packages installed.

Otherwise just wait for a replacement cd :P
