Yes, I ping both. Linux -> Windows gives the same result: 100% packet
loss.
"Ping 192.168.100.3" from Windows gives Request timed out.
"Ping debian" gives me the dialogue box for my dial-up connection.
(That seems very odd.) After I cancel that I get Request timed out.
