We are planning a 'Linux Workshop' in the near future (August).  The aim
of the workshop is to help users get familiar with linux and to answer
specific issues etc.

In the interim, can I suggest that you post your issues to the slug
mailing list and/or come to the slug IRC channel (#slug on
irc.openprojects.net).
