Linux is the kernel, not the distribution... :)
Out of curiosity, What distribution/version are you running?

Of the 3 distributions I have ready access to:
ASPLinux 7.1: 	Has it.
RedHat 6.1:	Does not.
Slackware 7.1:	Does not.
