Sorry to answer my own question, but for those of you
who would like to know:
The KickStart HOWTO, still points to the old website:
http://wwwcache.ja.net/dev/kickstart/KickStart-HOWTO.html
which says about the nfs keyword:
nfs --server xxx.com /my/nfs/export
Redhat have the latest doco:
http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/linux/RHL-7.2-Manual/custom-guide/
and the nfs keyword has now changed to:
nfs --server xxx.com --dir /my/nfs/export
