[SLUG] Route Change Indication

hi
I have been trying to get a solution to a minor problem but unfortunately i
have not been able to solve it or get some help on it and i am stuck up from
a long time.

More than one routing protocol( BGP, OSPF etc) are  running on same linux
machine, If one protocol change the route in system routing table.     Is
there any method to send route change notification message to rest of other
routing protocol?.
I am using Route add/ rtnetlink method.
Plz send as soon as possible.
