[SLUG] kernel: make modules [error]

when I reinstall my kernel with the 2.4.7, after 'make modules' I got this:

what's happen here? can somebody tell me which one of the kernel option I set wrong?

 

I'm using KII 350 and set (K6/K6-II/K6-III) Processor family in my kernel
