Mailman. Hands down winner, especially in the "for idiots" category. ;)

Unless you'll be running a massively loaded list server, Mailman should
suffice. We run it on the SLUG machine, and with the recent postfix upgrade
it's running better than ever.

It's pretty customisable, but the best parts are the management interface
and all of the mail rules. It's very easy to understand and deal with day to
day.
