I'm not sure of an answer to your question, but I don't think a lot of
SLUGgers use Ximian GNOME (or even GNOME)... You may find better luck using
GNOME IRC (for a local node, try irc.au.gnome.org, which Solutions First
run) or you can use the MonkeyTalk application that comes with Ximian GNOME
(which you'll find in all the help menus from memory); this lets you talk
straight to some of the Ximian support dudes.
