Yeah, install libdb2-util, and then try gmc again. gmc is the old GNOME file
manager, so you don't really need it. It's pretty sucky. ;)

[ Mind you, it's a very big statement that gmc is in what they regard as
'core' rather than 'gnome'. Grr. :) ]
