It's all done by the one company...

They've done this before a few times, for example the "Dr Head" energy
drinks or whatever they were...

I would have thought that if it was illegal, the cops would have stomped on
it a year or so ago when it all started.

If you notice around the Streets of Sydney, a bit of graffiti. Basically a
black box with a green 'X' (with of signature trademark TM). A certain
multinational Corporation believes it is within its rights to spray paint
this graffiti on walls and footpaths as a promotion push for its gaming
console according to it's advertising Company.

Pity the teenager tagger who is caught by the Police and charged for doing
the same.

AKA IBM on San Francisco's footpath.
