For $2,500 ( I'll pick middle of the rang ), you get shitloads of power, 2
CPUS, ECC DDR RAM ( eek ), and if you click on the motherboard image, it
also has Dual channel SCSI and 2 3COM 3C920 NIC's onboard...

The only thing you'd really need to add would be a video card and some disk.

Maybe a little on the premium side for home users, but I'd probably qualify
it as "cheap" for a business server.

Cheaper than an Alpha... :)
