Crossfire has already mentioned prepending. There is a ghostscript hack
in the Slug archives from charlie brady about prepending a bin selection
command, that you may be able to utilise (although this was for a PCL
printer).
I face the same problem with the HP5si I've just taken deliver of; i.e.
auto envoking duplex, output bin, input bin, etc.
