Hi guys,
I downloaded the latest woody iso from planetmirror the other day
and went to install it this morning but when it got to installing
the base system it came up with the ksyslogd package was corrupt.
So I changed to get the pkgs off the net (planetmirror), it got
past ksyslogd but found the next one corrupt.
Anyway this continued for a bit with me alternately selecting the
cdrom, plantmirror and ftp.us.debian.org before I gave it up as a
waste of time.
So what's going on?
Am I reduced to installing potato (off my cd which I know works)
then "apt-get dist-upgrade"? I'd rather not do this unless I
really have to.
Dave.
