This would now be out of date, under that name. As I understand it
RedHat sold this title then brought out an exact copy under another
name. See places below for places to purchase.

Alternative, I have the 5th edition. Send me $15 and your snail and it
is yours.
Personally, I gave up buying Linux books in general as stuff changes so
fast.
