I recently upgraded my system to a Duron 650 + Asus A7V. Problem is my
Linux HDD is on the Promise ATA100 controller and the RH install won't
recognize the controller as existing. I already have 4 IDE devices on the
other controller and changing is really not a good option (Promise drivers +
Win2000 or WinME make things more unstable than usual).
There is a "driver disk" option in the install - is this what I want to use?
Is there another way to get things to install? The 2.4.0-pre kernels know
about the ATA100 controller but the boot is 2.2. :-(
