Compaq came with a fitting that could be used to padlock the case shut.
How do Dells measure up?

The old way was to replace case screws with non-tamper screws, but that
is a continual arms race (torx with centre pins seems least common
fitting available).

basically it comes down to locking the case down, but you then run into
problems of common/cheap locks that only have a few key variations,

I usually find a big WOA across the SIMM stops that. (don't know the
long term effect of ink chemicals ectching on the SIMM yet).
