[SLUG] [OT] IDE controller settings

yo people!
sorry fer the ot post, but i cannot find anything in other places online...
Basically, i just aquired (yet  another) 486.
It seems to be one of the last versions of 486's (natively 100mHz, 7x pin RAM).
Basically, i've got all the bits possible, but i cant get my ide controller to work.
The main chip is *cough* WinBond W83787F *cough*
When this board was brand new, it had all the jumper settings on the back, um, it now doesn't.
Really i was just hoping that someone out there can either tell me where to get info from
(Searching for the chip number doesn't work) or has a similar card, and can give me a run down of
jumper settings....
