[SLUG] sendmail

Hi,

I am trying to send email to a local user from some bespoke software. I
can't send as a normal user but I can as root.

error is

procmail: Insufficient privileges
550 jamie@xxxxxxxxxxx... Insufficient permission


I get the same error when I use sendmail from the command line as a user but
it works fine as root. I need users to be able to send mail from the command
line, well the software anyway.

anyone know what would cause this and how I can get around it?
