[SLUG] Unicode Conversion [ may be OT]

Guys,
	Does anyone have any experience in converting a unicode string
such as %C8%B8%B0%E8%C1%A4%BA%B8%BD%C3%BD%BA%C5%DB to ascii text (ie
readable) using perl?

I have searched the perl archives but am not having alot of luck
understanding how it works... :-(
