[SLUG] Skipstone Download

Just got Skipstone 0.6.1.  It claims to use `Skip Download' as a frontend
to wget for downloading, and the screenshots show this in action. My deb
package version has no button or menu item to activate a download.

Anyone tried it? Can't rtfm. It says `why don't you write one?'.
