I've installed lilypond and it starts, but I can not find any real doco,
man lilypond and info lilypond return a basic options page.

I've ./configure, make and make install, but can not find any docs.
The source seems to have a bit of doc, but in a format (.itexi
and.itely) I don't know what to do with.

Any ideas welcome.
