But saves time how? The web site http://www.timevision.com seems
to be promoting it as an internal contact list manager.

Surely this is vanity ware? As in :

Imagine this on your tomb:

   My name is Tycoon, CEO of CEOs:
   Look upon my Org chart, ye Mighty, and despair!
