The Linux Documentation Project (LDP) has a HOWTO for
Everything.
"The Linux User Group HOWTO is intended to serve as a guide
to founding, maintaining, and growing a Linux User Group."
http://www.linux.org.au/LDP/HOWTO/User-Group-HOWTO.html
This is one of the many Australian mirrrors for the LDP.
Have a look further up the LDP tree and on linux.org.au for
other gems.
