It wasn't that becasue the trial of Accelerated X never froze when
XFree86 froze the box!!!!!!!!!! and I didn't change a hardware setting,
XFree4.0 also froze the machine (although accelerated X was fast!)
I just wish accelerated X came in a seperate packages for different cards
instead of the $140 set for everything and nothing else, Because I
wouldn't blink to change!

Tried some of it, But needed the machine back up because I wouldn't get
email otherwise!! I will try more things tonight. I already had to play
with the irq allocation because of the 4 serial ports in the machine (2
isa cards)

Lets put it this way the P200 with the S3 Trio card was 120% reliable in X
never had a screwup with X that has caused the whole machine to crash
freeze etc... So that's why I wanted it in this machine.
