If it's a desktop machine, I recommend you upgrade to woody anyway. It's
more fun. :)

But, if you decide to stick with potato, I believe the only thing you need
to upgrade is modutils. Probably easiest to snarf it from the woody
repository rather than editing your /etc/apt/source.list and apt-getting.
