[SLUG] rcp/scp colon probs

Any idea on how to specify a source file as used in an
scp or rcp command, where the source filename contains 
a colon?

Here is an example that fails:

 [rickw] scp log_20001030-08:41:23 rickw@bini/home/rickw     

 Bad host name: log_20001030-08
