I believe it was a bug fix to get around an embarrassing error.
I saw a reference to it on slashdot about a week ago (
http://www.slashdot.org/ )
Does the RedHat site not have anything about it?

ie: 7.0-i386-respin-disc1.iso, 7.0-i386-respin-disc2.iso
