What are you trying to do/setup?
Are these boxen (27,28 & 29) bastion hosts, etc? and need to be
externally accessable?

If not, use a private address = easier.
Otherwise, look at how you subnet.
You are probably down to netmasks of 255.255.255.255 for all your
routing, which will make for some long routing entries.
