I had a quick look at it and still can't see why it needs to cost that much.
Sure, it's querying the HR database, but it should not take too much effort
to display the output from one's DB in a presentable form.
I'd file it under PHB tools/fools, too. Maybe that's why it costs so much:
Instead of employing a person in the HR Dept who knows SQL and HTML, you buy
the package and get the overpaid PHB to play with it instead.
