I've now lowered the threshold for messages sent to the list. Anything
that is over >20k will be held until Jeff or I approve it.

On that note if anyone else would like to be part of mailing list
admin team, let us know. I don't want people to feel like they can't
get involved or that "the establishment" may be able to stifle them.
