Hi

I have a friend of mine who is an astronomer. He is conducting a small 
survey as part of a new course he is teaching. If anyone cares to fill 
out the following short survey and send replies to me (on or off list), 
I'm sure he'd appreciate it:

Notes: In the following questions ``life'' can constitute any form of 
organic life; ``intelligent life'' would be that capable of developing 
the technological means to communicate across space.

Answers can be either Yes, No, or Undecided.

In your opinion:

1. Excluding the Earth, is there life in our solar system?

2. Is there life outside of our solar system?

3. Is there intelligent life outside of our solar system?
