[chat] can flash swf file be re-sized without original ?

any flash experts here ?

I've received .swf file for inclusion in a banner, it came with an HTML
file sizing it as: "300" height="100", and, as is, the file is about 180K

it is possible to re-process the swf file for smaller res and, hopefully,
smaller file size, without having original source material ?
