Um, it's very long. Is there a reason you're going to such lengths to
educate these people? Would it perhaps suffice to say "hi! I'm a
customer! your website is super-duper in mozilla, can you disable the
browser detection? yrs, mozilla-using-customer."?

I dunno, I tend to switch off pretty quickly when I get emails from
people trying to preach to me. Providing links to read more about it is
harmless, but I think you need to get to the point.
